In the Quickfire Challenge, the chefs must create the ultimate Vegan dish for the host of George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight, George Stroumboulopoulos. In the Elimination Challenge, the chefs break into different groups and they must create dishes for different food service categories. The categories match the different operations of Senses Restaurant within their home at the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel.
