During a stake-out, Hooker is forced to shoot a hired hit-man, unable to learn who he was hired to kill. Soon after, an armed robbery at an airport cargo depot leaves security guard Bill Kennedy, an ex-Officer, fatally shot. Stacy had previously met the kindly Bill through his blind son Steve, leaving herself, Hooker and Corrigan determined to find whoever pulled the trigger. But their investigations suggest that the hit-man and Bill's killing were linked, and that the whole thing seems to be connected to the Mob รขโฌโ and Steve is next on the hit list...
