The Black Dragons want to destroy the mallโs annual Halloween Boo-Stravaganza. Jack assures the others that heโs not afraid of anything, including the Black Dragons. A Clown from Circus Burger causes Jack to flip-out showing that he does have one fear - that of clowns. Now the Dragons will stop at nothing to use that fear against him. Rudy meets a catwoman and tries to find out who she really is. We find out that she's much closer to Jerry than Rudy!
