His partner Officer Antonio Maldonaldo II says they are going to a known drug house and they are going to watch it and see if they can catch any deals. He goes out with binoculars to watch. They draw their weapons and order a suspect to exit his vehicle after they observe him participate in an drug transaction. In Des Moines, IA Officer Wilson is dispatched to investigate a domestic dispute and receives a report that two suspects are armed with a knife and a pair of scissors. In Fort Worth, TX Officers Mendoza and Nolan search a driver's vehicle after observing the occupants leaving a house used for drug dealing. #1424. 2/16/02
