Then the chefs are tasked with creating dishes featuring dehydration. Theyโll serve their dishes to Kristen, Tom and Gail along with guest judges Joe & Katy Kindred as well as โTop Chefโ alum Savannah Miller at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.
