The new, improved Imogen is determined not to fall for the charms of another work colleague, but can she really resist temptation? Arriving for their first taste of Ibiza magic in the opening episode are single ladies Chloe and Yvonne and first timers Luke, Sam, Jack and JC. Imogen gets to know her new staff and immediately bonds with Rachael, making Sophie feel left out. Conflict soon arises as Ben over-indulges in his quest to give the guests a trip to remember.
