Tobias Simpson MenziesΒ (born 7 March 1974) is an English actor.Β He is known for playingΒ Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, in the third and fourth seasons of the seriesΒ The Crown, for which he won theΒ Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama SeriesΒ and receivedΒ Golden GlobeΒ andΒ British Academy Television AwardΒ nominations.
