Taylor Russell McKenzieΒ (born July 18, 1994) is a Canadian actress and filmmaker. After playing several minor roles, Russell received recognition for starring in theΒ NetflixΒ science fiction seriesΒ Lost in SpaceΒ (2018β2021). She rose to prominence with her roles in the drama filmΒ WavesΒ (2019), the horror filmΒ Escape RoomΒ (2019) and itsΒ 2021 sequel. She won the Marcello Mastroianni Award for starring in theΒ road movieΒ Bones and AllΒ (2022). She performed onstage in the playΒ The EffectΒ from 2023 to 2024.
