Jayaram SubramaniamΒ (born 10 December 1965), commonly known asΒ Jayaram, is an IndianΒ film actorΒ who predominantly works inΒ MalayalamΒ films, and at times inΒ Tamil films. He is also aΒ chendaΒ percussionist andΒ mimic artist. He has starred in over 200 films. In 2011, he was awarded theΒ Padma ShriΒ by theΒ Government of IndiaΒ for his contribution towards the arts.
