Camila ManhΓ£es Sampaio (born June 14, 1977), professionally known as Camila Pitanga, is a renowned Brazilian actress known for her performances in film and television. The daughter of actors Vera ManhΓ£es and AntΓ΄nio Pitanga, and the sister of actor Rocco Pitanga, Camila began her artistic career as a child at the age of six in the film Quilombo (1984). Throughout her career, she stood out in various television productions, including the telenovela ParaΓso Tropical (2007), where she played the character Bebel, a role that earned her the APCA (SΓ£o Paulo Association of Art Critics), Qualidade Brasil, and Contigo! awards for Best Actress.
