If people banging into huge foam shapes, falling into water and contorting themselves into the most ridiculous positions is the kind of thing that makes you laugh, then Total Wipeout is the show for you. Hosted by Richard Hammond and Amanda Byram, it is one of the most exciting game shows on television. Twenty contestants head to Buenos Aires to take on some seriously hard challenges in the hope of getting their hands on 10,000 pounds and the magnificent Total Wipeout trophy. The Qualifier is comprised of some fiendish hurdles to cross, including the famous Big Red Balls and the Sucker Punch - both poised to send the contestants flying into pools of water and mud. Crash Mountain and Dizzy Dummies cut the line-up down even more before the final challenge awaits. The show finishes with the Wipeout Zone, where things get really competitive in order to win the money, trophy and a lifetime of admiration.
